2009 Portland Dragon Boat Race

The Portland Dragon Boat Race originated as the Vancouver Lake race, in which the Amazons first participated in 2001. This race has changed venues and names (it was also called the Sellwood race) to become the Portland Dragon Boat Race.

Won Humanitarian Award for good sportsmanship from the race committee. The award waives our entrance fee to the 2010 race.   Calm waters, nice day.
