Shall have overall responsibility for coordinating activities of the stroke and fitness coaches, scheduling practices, structuring workouts and training plans, and designing paddling orientation for new members.

Shall provide oversight and coordination of activities related to fitness and training members for all positions of the boat.

Shall provide oversight and coordination of activities related to fundraising, community service and club development.

Shall provide oversight and coordination of activities related to services that support recruitment and retention of members to the organization.

Shall provide oversight and coordination of activities related to race events.

Shall keep and distribute minutes of all Advisory Council meetings and general membership meetings, coordinate nominations and elections, and maintain the master calendar.

Shall have overall responsibility for ensuring the www.amazondragons.org website is updated with information provided by the Advisory Council.
